Tomorrow, October 13th, Microsoft is set to release 11 patches to it's product line: 4 critical and 6 important ones.
The affected applications not only include the Windows operating systems themselves (XP, Vista), but also Internet Explorer and Excel.
Mac Users! These Office related patches apply to you as well!!!

Adobe has released a new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The latest version is 9.0. You will have to visit Adobe's web page to download and install the latest version.

Note that when installing this version, you will be prompted to also install Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer. If you don't want Google Toolbar be sure to deselect this option.
