First, for the Microsoft people out there.
Yesterday was patch Tuesday. Microsoft issued NINE security patches: 5 "critical" and 4 "important" ones.
These patches addressed issues in Microsoft Office, Windows 2000, XP, and Vista.
Also, Word users might be interested in knowing a Texas court of law has issued an order banning Microsoft from further sales of Word until it settles a patent issue!
You can read about it at the following sites:

Mac/Apple Users!
Apple recently issued a new update to the Leopard operating system. You should have received a notice about this update. This update is rather important as it addresses a critical issue. So if you haven't applied the update, please do so.
