Windows Users
Last Wednesday, Oct. 22nd, Microsoft released a critical patch for Windows operating systems. This patch fixes a vulnerability that leaves the systems open to a dangerous trojan virus. The fact that this patch was released outside of the normal monthly schedule underlines how critical the flaw is.
If you have not updated your systems this month, it is advisable to do so as soon as possible.
Note that your antivirus software should detect the virus should it try to attack your system.
