Android Must Have Apps
ShareKeyboard
Do you wish you could attach a keyboard to your Android? Don't have to. Install this app, then instead of using the built-in keyboard, hold down the number key and choose Share Keyboard as you Input Method.
At the bottom of the screen you'll see a URL you need to type in a browser on a computer that is on the same network as the phone and then you can type away!
You can read all about ShareKeyboard at:

Apps2sd
A lot of the apps you install on an Android will install to the phone's memory by default and not to the SD card. Although you can go through various menus to tell each individual app to be moved to the SD card, this application will find those apps that could be installed on the SD card, but aren't. Then you just tell the app to move them.

Prey
Prey will help you find your phone, if you lost it. I believe it also can do a lojack or even remotely wipe your phone.
You will have to create an account at Prey's website. It is from there that you can manage not just an Android device, but it can also be installed on Windows, Mac and Linux computers!

Home Music Streamers
Why go through the hassle of copying what music you think you might want to listen to to your phone. Then deleting it to add more.
Why not just stream any song from your music library to your phone, or to any device?
Well, there's two apps for that, which have gotten a lot of good reviews.
My fav is Subsonic:

The only bad thing about Subsonic is that you will have to fork over about $10 once the trial is over.
I prefer Subsonic for several reasons: 1) You can install the server side works on Linux computers; 2) you might have to go through some hacking, but it can play pretty much any and every music file.
Another very good app is Audiogalaxy:
http://www.audiogalaxy.com/

I have never used Audiogalaxy, but I have read a lot of good reviews. I am only confused by the fact that their website says that it will play any DRM-free file. Does that mean that if you bought a music file, say, from iTunes, Audiogalaxy won't play it?
